Web / Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
 Responsible for web/mobile graphic design, development and update
 Design and Production for the online campaign including landing page, EDM, web banners and all digital marketing materials
 To design and develop image visuals and graphic materials for company’s digital platform like website, social media platform and online/offline promotion materials including print advertisements brochure, leaflet, poster and outdoor advertising
 To generate creative ideas and campaigns

Requirements

 Diploma, Higher Diploma or above in interactive design, multimedia design, marketing or related discipline
 Enjoy startup working environment
 Creative, with good interpersonal skills, good communication skills and good team spirit
 Proficiency in Sketch / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effect is a must
 Experience in design Mobile, iPad app
 Knowledge in Web development would be a huge advantage
 Experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript is a plus
 Sense in design promotion template in social media such as facebook, IG

 Perform system and technical support to PC users
 Perform hardware, software & network installation, maintenance and troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

 Participates in formulating and administering company policies, strategies and to develop and execute strategic plan to achieve organization objectives
 Lead, develop and coach sales team and all other relevant departments to devise and implement profitable consumer loans sales initiatives

Requirements

 Bachelor Degree or above with Finance/Banking is preferred
 Minimum 8 years of consumer loan work experiences in Bank or Finance company with at least 5 years in manager / senior manager grade
 Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employee’s Compensation Ordinance and related HR legislations;
 Strong leadership with strong risk and compliance sensitivity, analytical, problem solving and project management skills
 Excellent analytical, interpersonal and supervisory skills
 Able to communicate and present ideas effectively and persuasively
 Command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
 Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
