Human Resources and Administration Clerk

Responsible :

  • Handle full spectrum of HR duties
  • Update, control and maintain staff record in HR database and filing system
  • Handle office administration duties including all office furniture and fixture, , maintenance of office equipment, machines and assist the organization of parties, annual dinner
  • Update and maintain record in administrative system
  • Assist in other ad hoc assignments

 

Requirement :

  • Knowledge of Human Resources Management or Business-related knowledge
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in human resources and administration.
  • Knowledge on Labour Ordinance and related regulations
  • Mature, detailed-minded, strong sense of responsibility, possess problem solving skills, hard working, able and willing to handle multitasks as assigned
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Knowledge of MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is preferable

Telesales Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 3-4 members to achieve sales target by performing telemarketing activities in promoting loan products (personal & mortgage loan) and deliver excellent services to customers
  • Focus on telesales and close deals over phone & email.

Programmer / Analyst Programmer (Contract Base)

Job Duties :

  • Participate in the company’s internal system module development, including development, debugging & system testing;
  • Responsible for document writing during the development process;
  • Analyze and solve technical problems in the development process;
  • Cooperate with other developers, project managers, continuously optimize product performance and improve user experience;

Requirement :
