  • 少於2年相關經驗可考慮為貸款文員
  • 良好溝通技巧及誠懇有禮(有電話推廣經驗者優先)
  • 基本電腦知識(包括中文輸入法,MS Word和MS Excel)

Job Highlights

Responsibilities:

  • Handle mortgage loan application
  • Handle customer enquiries and/or transaction related to our loan products
  • Promote loan products

Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduation, with 2 years above of relevant experience in finance, loan or mortgage is most welcomed
  • Less experience candidates will be considered as Loan Clerk
  • Good communication skills and response skills, proactive and sincere service attitude (with telemarketing experience is preferable)
  • Basic PC knowledge, including Chinese input, MS Word, MS Excel
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide personal and Business support to the Director
  • Assist with office management responsibilities and coordination between departments
  • HR and office administration matters support, asst to organize staff activities and company events such as Annual Dinner & activities etc.
  • Undertaking other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the marketing team if necessary.
  • Candidates who have marketing experience will be preferable

Requirements :

  • Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Executive Assistant / Secretary or related subject
  • Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multi tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Proficient in MS office, Power Point and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
