Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist manager & team in handling clerical duties
  • Provide general administrative and marketing support to team
  • Handle daily office routine works and back up to team members and perform receptionist duties if necessary
  • Carry out and ad hoc projects and tasks given
     

Requirements :

  • F.5 or above qualification
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Admin/Secretary or related subject
  • Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office, Power Point and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
